Before co-founding Stonemark Housing Partners in 2017 and ORION Commercial Partners in 2010, Matthew worked in CBRE's Asset Services group, managing the property accounting, financial reporting, leasing, and construction management of a 1.4M SF portfolio. He further developed his skills in brokerage, specializing in the repositioning, value-add strategies, and sales of assets for both institutional and private clients, resulting in significant portfolio growth for his clients. His understanding of property performance and lease administration gives him a comprehensive perspective when analyzing and evaluating real estate transactions. Investors benefit from Matthew’s experience and broad hands-on knowledge with a variety of asset types, particularly multifamily and office.

Matthew graduated from Seattle Pacific University with a degree in Business and a finance concentration. Settling in Seattle with his wife and two children, Matthew enjoys cycling, and skiing, and is an active member of the Seattle Yacht Club.
